Hi I'm Teresa Cutter.

I have been passionate about food and cooking since the age of three.

Food was always a big deal in our Polish household. Lavish servings and loads of butter. The fatter you were, the healthier you were.

At the age of 9 I was 10kg heavier than my classmates...I made some simple changes to my diet and started exercising. Suddenly I felt happy and full of energy. It changed my life forever.

Today I am a qualified chef.

When I'm not thinking healthy food I am serious about my fitness. Muay Thai kickboxing and submission wrestling keeps my energy levels on track and balances my lifestyle.

I am also a personal trainer and have combined my knowledge of nutrition, diet and exercise to specialize in developing healthy recipes that taste great and are good for you.

It is the same groceries you buy at the supermarket put together differently.

They have been crafted for people who love food, who love to eat and who make a conscious decision to maximize their health and well being.

You can find a dozen of my favourites like wok tossed soba chicken or Summer berry and red wine trifle on the "Recipes" page under "Healthy Cooking". The "What to eat" page explains about metabolism, carbohydrates, protein and lots more. I've also included some "Healthy Tips" for every day living. They can both be found under "Healthy Eating" on the menu bar.
