Serves 1
1 pear, cut into wedges
1 slice whole grain fruit bread
45g skim milk cottage cheese
Drizzle of honey
Toast the fruit bread and thickly spread with the cottage cheese. Top with pear wedges and a light drizzle of honey.
Serving suggestions
- Add sultanas or fresh chopped dates and a pinch of cinnamon to the cottage cheese before spreading onto toast.
- Check the label on the fruit bread - it should be less than 400mg sodium per serve.
