JUICY PEAR WEDGES WITH YOGHURT AND BERRIES



Serves 1

1 pear
150 g low fat vanilla yoghurt
50 g berries
4 chopped almonds (optional)
1 tablespoon - 30 g Muesli - untoasted

Simply cut pear into wedges and place in a bowl.

Spoon over the yoghurt, then top with berries and almonds. Sprinkle with muesli.

Serving suggestion
  • Berries can be exchanged for other seasonal fruits. Try passionfruit, pineapple, banana, papaya, custard apple or kiwi fruit.
