Serving Size makes 20
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup whole meal flour
1/4 cup macadamia nut oil or grape seed oil
100 g honey
1 teaspoon bi carb soda
1 whole egg
1 egg white
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 170 C.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Combine the oats, coconut, wheat germ and flour.
Heat the honey and oil in a small saucepan until the mixture just comes to the boil.
Remove from the heat and mix in the bicarb soda.
Pour this in to the oat mixture.
fold together along with the eggs.
Roll into small balls, and place onto a baking tray - flatten a little.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
Cool before eating.
