Serving Size makes 4 serves
Ingredients
4 apples, peeled and chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
pinch of cinnamon (optional)
1 - 2 tubs vanilla fruche
4 tablespoons oven baked muesli
Instructions
Place the apples lemon juice and cinnamon into a saucepan.
Cover a cook over a gentle heat until the apples are soft. Allow to cool.
Place a few tablespoons of apple compote into a serving dish and top with 1 - 2 tablespoons of vanilla fruche and muesli.
