Serving Size Serves 2
Ingredients
1 red papaya halved and seeded
4 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1 cup green grapes
1/2 honey dew melon, cut into chunks
1 tbsp chopped mint leaves
pulp from 2 passionfruit
2 tablespoons oven roasted cashew nuts or almonds (optional)
low fat yoghurt to serve (optional)
Instructions
Cut the papaya in half lengthways and remove the seeds.
Combine the kiwi fruit, grapes, melon, mint and passionfruit.
Fill the papaya halves with the fruits and enjoy.
You can also serve with a few spoons of low fat yoghurt and a sprinkle of oven roasted cashew nuts or almonds.
