This makes a delicious light desert and cooling cocktail in one.
Serving Size Serves 2
Ingredients
Crushed ice to serve
1/2 honey dew melon cut into small chunks
30 ml Midori melon liqueur
Juice from 1 lime
60 ml frozen vodka
Soda water
Instructions
Add the melon chunks into 2 separate martini glasses half filled with crushed ice. Pour over melon liqueur followed by the lime, vodka and soda. Serve immediately.
